Billing Policy
New Discoveries bills in advance on the first of every month through Brightwheel. Tuition and copays are due by the 5th of each month to avoid late fees. Enrollment could be forfeited if account balance is not paid in full by the 5th of the month.
A 30-day notice is required for any billing adjustment or withdrawal from the school. Payment options for tuition are through Brightwheel using ACH or credit/debit card. ACH has no additional charge but using card will automatically have a fee charged to the parent.
