At New Discoveries we truly believe in building trust and creating connections. Making a difference in children’s lives in a fun and creative way is exactly what our Teachers bring to the classrooms every single day!

Teachers

Our Teachers are leaders and mentors in the classroom. They lead their classroom with love and integrity. Our curriculum is designed by the Director and Lead Teachers, and executed by the Lead Teacher, with the help of their Aides/Assistants. Not only do they support the children, they also provide a loving and warm support system to our families. Our Teachers love what they do, and they show it well! 

Support Staff

Our support staff is here to, not only ensure that each child receives the nutrition that is important for every growing child, no matter their dietary needs, but also to maintain a clean and safe environment that the kids can flourish in every day!

Aides/Teacher's Assistants

Our Aides/Teacher's Assistants are in the classroom to help guide the children to participate, play, and learn throughout the day. They are essential to running a smooth classroom, in which every child is heard and valued.

Admin Team

Our Admin Team consists of our Operations Director, Business Director, and our Assistant to the Director. This team works hard to ensure that New Discoveries is a safe and happy environment for every child that walks into the building. From planning and executing policies and procedures to supporting the staff in anyway they need; from working at a computer, support in a classroom, and even cooking and cleaning.
