GUIDANCE and DISCIPLINE PHILOSOPHY Understanding the difference between discipline and punishment makes all the difference in the world in terms of attitude and results. Discipline helps a child feel good about himself and it gives him the chance to correct his mistakes. It puts him in charge of his actions and it plays a big role in who your child becomes and how he/she will respond to others and future situations.
